Soon, I will be offering a Root/Sacral Program. Learn how to focus your energy on feeling like a grounded Goddess!

Your root chakra is located at the base of your spine. Its associated with your feeling of security, safety, and survival (just to name a few). Your sacral chakra is just below your belly button, and as you can guess, is associated with sensuality, your emotions, your creative-power.

Life has a way of "uprooting" us - physically, emotionally, or both. When this happens, we experience anxiety or stress. Developing healthy practices for dealing with stress is essential to maintaining your shine and vitality - inner divine goddess.

1 hour yoga flow video:

This video is super easy beginner style, and super sexy with the intention to raise your Kundalini energy. Practice feeling connected to the earth's healing energy, and to your own innate divine goddess energy.

1 hour rituals/chants/mudras:

This beginner video will show you how to set up an altar with crystals and sacred objects. I'll also show you various mudras and chants.
