I'm here to help guide as many women as I can, to live the life of their dreams.

It is my mission to help the Goddesses who have been abused and broken, and show them how to live a peaceful life again, with not only more loving relationships, but abundance in all areas of their life. And real talk, we are ALL Goddesses, and should all feel that way.

I used to let the abuse, that I endured in childhood and in my adult relationships, run my life. I was always in a panic and felt like I was running and fighting my way through life. As a single mom, I felt like I had zero time to enjoy my life, or my daughter. My anger and anxiety controlled everything. I would rush to get ready for work. I would rush around at work. Then I would still feel rushed, scared, and worried when I got home. I was worried about not having enough money or enough food. I was scared for my life and my daughter's. And I was crippled from the physical violence, rape and constant verbal threats that I endured from my abusive relationships... I rarely ever felt safe to be anywhere. 

Committing to my healing process and being 100% authentic with myself and others, I began to notice the shift. By switching my internal beliefs with practices such as: repeating mantras, chanting, moon rituals, self-love rituals... this allowed my external circumstances to change.

Now, I enjoy, all aspects of my life and the days aren't rushed anymore. Mornings are sweet with my little one, and my work is what I have dreamed of for years. My self-love practices are top priority, and my life just has a certain easy-goin' flow to it. There's lots more laughs, more love, more hugs and more healthy boundaries.

It just takes practice. And one of the main aspects of my One on One Program, is learning how to receive. As women we give and give, and usually we are the last ones to receive. Learn intention setting, Yoni egg rituals, self-love rituals, affirmations, breathing techniques and Chakra work.
