Sage Your Chakras
For my online programs that I will be offering soon, Sage Your Chakras, I will include Yoga poses, Meditations/Visualizations, Crystal Healing and Essential Oils to incorporate for each Chakra.
I will also include Daily Rituals that I do and recommend for a little extra Self Love/Self Care time, in your schedule.
You will learn how to breathe correctly! Most of us breathe in and out of our chest (shallow breathing) which can cause anxious, fleeting thoughts...because the brain isn't receiving enough oxygen! Crazy concept huh??? :)
You will learn EASY BEGINNER'S YOGA. And it will really, truly be easy.
Trust me.
Don't let some "Easy Beginner Yoga" DVD from 5 years ago, scare you. Or the class you tried at the gym that wasn't what you would call "Gentle."
As a certified Yoga instructor of 8 years and practitioner over 10, there are still times that I've taken a class or watched a DVD and thought... "Where is the breathing?! This isn't beginners!"
Yoga is about connecting the Body, Mind and Spirit.
And you can't do that, if you're not breathing.
For the Sage Your Chakras Program I encourage you to...
Journal through this process, nightly. Make it your nightly ritual.
Take time to sit and listen more in silence, through out your day.
Keep going.
Keep doing the work.
And go easy on yourself.
