Intuitively guided healing session that includes Yoga, Meditation, Breathing techniques, and Reiki. These sessions will allow you to become deeply relaxed and you will find yourself feeling more peaceFull, joyFull, and able to manifest the life of your dreams. All you have to do is show up, on your mat, in some comfy clothes, and allow me to guide you through this relaxing and healing experience. Can be face-to-face or a Distance Session using Skype or Facetime
